Divestment Philips Ceramics Uden

Philips Lighting will transfer the ceramic business of Philips Lighting in Uden to COORSTEK. COORSTEK is a US based company and the largest technical
ceramics manufacturer in the world (www.coorstek.com).
The date of transfer is May 31, 2016, after which the activities in Uden will be continued
under a new legal entity: COORSTEK Netherlands B.V. All employees will transfer to
COORSTEK, and COORSTEK will take over all responsibilities for the business going forward.
