K3D-AddFab works with participating companies and educational institution(s) to advance 3D metal print technology. K3D-AddFab’s ambition is the further development of a wide range of high-tech and high-end production applications for 3D metal printing for industrial series production, and to upscale the capacity for high-quality applications. K3D-AddFab will be a print and expertise centre, with state-of-the-art machines and facilities, where further steps in the industrialisation of 3D metal printing will be achieved through an innovation programme in the aforementioned areas.
The collaboration will be an example of open innovative collaboration and knowledge enhancement in the field of next-generation printed metal products. This expertise will be brought together in the new centre to be developed on the Brainport Industries Campus.
