ERIKS completes acquisition of REIFF Group to expand European and Chinese capabilities

On December 17th, 2025, ERIKS announces the successful acquisition of the business of the REIFF Group, a leading industrial component supplier from Reutlingen, Germany. Specializing in the OEM market, REIFF operates across Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, and China. Backed with strong expertise and a solid reputation, they add substantial revenues and around 250 employees to the ERIKS business.
