Veco announces acquirement of Reith Laser

Today, Veco announces that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Reith Laser, a specialized Micro Machining Laser Company that supplies precision components to high-tech industrial customers. Reith Laser will continue to operate from Wijchen in the Netherlands and will maintain its brand name. Ronald Verstraeten will succeed the previous owner and founder Jan Reith as Managing Director and will report to Joost Smits, Managing Director of Veco.
