Wijdeven uebernommen durch die KUK Group AG

As of May 31 2018 KUK Group AG - CH (www.kukcoils.com) will take over the shares of Wijdeven from Phoenix Mecano AG.
Reason for this ‘strategic move’ is the fact that Wijdeven meets more knowledge of products and markets at KUK, with respect to the current owner.
Especially for the long term there will be business chances for Wijdeven as KUK is competent and well experienced with serial production of coils and transformers.
This will bring Wijdeven’s production in The Netherlands further as well. Read more ...
