Andra Tech Group has acquired all shares of F.K. Instrument Co., LLC (further: FK Instrument), a manufacturer specializing in high precision machining of parts and components, based in Clearwater, Florida. The acquisition is the first step in Andra Tech Group’s strategy to grow and scale its operations beyond Europe.
