ROYAL MEILINK IS FOCUSING ON GROWTH AND SELLING IT'S SEMICON ACTIVITIES

Royal Meilink sold its semicon activities to HQ Pack on 31 March and will continue to strengthen and expand its leading market position in industrial packaging solutions, packaging and logistics services.
In December 2025, Meilink and HQ Pack signed an agreement regarding the proposed sale. All procedures for this transaction have now been approved, and it is therefore final.
Meilink will continue to offer its services to companies in the manufacturing sector. Founded 152 years ago, this family-run business is the market leader in industrial packaging solutions in the Netherlands. Meilink intends to strengthen and expand this position by providing companies with comprehensive support through its full range of services: industrial packaging solutions for everything from small, fragile components to large, complex systems, and from individual products to complete projects. It's range of services will also be expanded to include services that fit seamlessly with its customers' processes, thereby supporting their growth.
The sale to HQ Pack includes all semicon activities across the entire group, including the locations in Eindhoven and Schijndel. Under Meilink, these locations have built up a strong position in the semicon industry, specialising in areas such as packaging, packaging services, reuse and high-precision cleaning. The staff at these locations will also be joining HQ Pack.
Our locations in Borculo, Boxmeer, Edam, Raamsdonksveer and Rotterdam will continue to provide all services for the industrial manufacturing sector relating to packaging solutions, packaging and logistics.
